Oh, no, I was being snide, and a smart-ass. It's just me. It was my way of agreeing that there is seldom anyone in the chat room. Since there is usually no one in there when I'm there except me, it's like having a place to go to be alone.

Obviously, it would be dumb to go in a chat room to be alone. I mean, I'm dumb sometimes, but not THAT dumb...

I love the chat room, but chat2 is the only one that works well on my phone ;)

i have been in there a couple times... It is a great feature.
trouble is I lose track of time, then fall behind in my studies.......

I think that chat rooms may have become outdated.  Most of the people I used to talked to in
chat rooms have moved on to Second Life or Webcams.  Both of which I don't use for various
reasons.  I try to go into the chat room whenever I log on at least just to say hi.

Oh, well, the chat room runs on Flash, which is Adobe software.
Adobe and Google are feuding, so Android (Google O/S)
"doesn't support" Flash. Android has "WebView" which shows
Flash animation, kinda-sorta.

So if you're on Android, you're f**ked. Or not, actually.

The new chat is no longer flash dependent.  It works with my android.

It no longer supports emojis though.
