What makes this even more disgusting is that if she hadn't been hit by a car, it's likely the incident would never have come to light. She probably wouldn't have been able to remember what had happened to her and who knows if she'd have even gone to the police if she did.

 It is even more disgusting that a degenerate scum bag bottom feeding lawyer would make this claim.  He should be jailed when his client is convicted to the same amount of time. So tired of our society in general when you can flap your gums with no consequences.
