Sounds like she's actually calling out (at least some of) the men who've been harassing her and that's good. I don't see how that kind of behavior is really confronted otherwise. Maybe they should get a taste of what it's like to be overwhelmed with threats and online harassment.
Did it say she'll actually be talking with some of the harassers in the documentary? That would be fascinating. I can't remember who it was, but several years ago I heard a piece (I think it was a podcast) where a prominent woman who had been targeted by one man in particular with an extensive harassment campaign, actually discovered his identity and confronted him. He ultimately agreed to be interviewed about why he had done it.
In this case, it turned out to be a somewhat disturbed young man who ultimately came to regret his behavior which is why he agreed to the interview. His motivations were based in anger and a lot of learned misogyny if I recall.
For whatever reason, his mind just latched onto her specifically because she was such an outspoken woman, and the need to "put her in her her place" so to speak.
