I always thought she was the brains behind the operation. I think she knows for sure that she is dead if she releases the list or reveals the names.
I think that she has the list ready to be sent globally if things go south for her, as you said, Tony.
I remember back in the Eduardo Campos accident, that people were talking about him having some secrets about our left wing party here. People were saying that someone wanted him killed. Maybe it's the same thing with Ghislaine. Someone wants her killed, but if they kill her, their child porn acts may spread around.
If she reveals, she is dead for sure.
Unless someone can erase the copy from existence, which I don't really think it's possible.
