Why is there a limit on private messages? I get it if someone is harassing someone, but when I was having a conversation with someone, we got cut off at 10 messages.

Ah! I see that it is only per hour, but it would be nice if both people are messaging each other, then unlimited messages are allowed

Maybe a chat option could be added instead of messaging and hitting the limit?

There is a chat option on the top level menu.  It's right next to Logout.

The chat is located at rizon.net and it allows for private chats for those people who are there.

Give it a try..
