How do I photoshop rape pictures and 3d comics?

I'm looking to learn how to make photoshopped rape comics. I'm very impressed by the stuff I've seen on line. I'm just a novive so I'll stay away from the complex superheroinecentral-style 3d modeling for now.

But how do I do simple "rape" photoshopping? Like taking a picture of Wonder Woman and making her look all beat up or something?
