I'm an audio engineer and I've thought about doing some stuff like these myself. I may need to finding some ladies who'd be willing to provide some voice lines. Yeah, I can rip audio from JOI/JOE and POV fantasy porn but sometimes the stuff you make yourself just has a better vibe and is easier to work with.
