As to my profile, I wiped it of anything except buddies years ago, and even those were not showing for more than a year.
As to the buddies showing (as there's a ton not showing), except for vile it's basically a list of the girls I've interacted with most often and most recently. I raise and lower buddies periodically based on this, as only 12 can show. If you show as a buddy, you've definitely captured by interest in some way. Sometimes merely as a friend like Nyx, and sometimes my interest is more carnal.
