I realize it's not rape technically, but did something like that ever happen for real; or more specifically, has there ever been a case reported of a victim being held in permanent suspension, sensory deprivation or buried alive? The number of on-topic fiction is quite low, so I would think it's rare in the real world, too, and a crime like that would by definition be hard to find out, but maybe one of you has heard something in the news.
Closest I found was this crazy African dude who held a girl for some weeks in a make shift tomb because he believed a witch doctor, it would make him rich.
