Darklord, you've of course hit on the main factor that makes this not an immigration case: the school lacked that knowledge and had no way to obtain that information anyway. It's not like the school could add extra rape-prevention protocols if only they knew who was who. It's not like there exists a school-level means of making sure the immigrants toe the line specifically, and illegals extra-specifically. That remains a fantasy of the right.
