According to new indictments, Rosette is charged with raping a victim under 13, two counts of forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and two counts of carnal knowledge of a minor.
According to search warrants, Rosette may have taped the alleged sexual encounters with the victim and distributed the video.
The victim told authorities that during the encounters from the time she was 11 to 18 years old, Rosette claimed the video camera wasn't recording - but the victim said she noticed a red recording light on as he molested her.
Rosette worked as a counselor at Hampton Mental Health Associates and said he was an ordained minister.
To protect the victim's identity authorities won't say how or where the two met.
Court documents indicate Rosette will plead not guilty on the new charges.
His next court appearance is scheduled for July 11, 2011.
