Jasmine, I come running to help, but not to rescue you. Ha! Seriously though, the guys heart(?) was in the right place, but his actions were way out of whack. Especially if he waited 9 hours. If I actually thought a woman were being raped, I would get help. First of all I would do it immediatly. I would also call the police (In 9 hours he could have found a phone) wake all the other neighbors, whatever. I dont know that the guy should go to prison, but some serious charges should be set. If someone similiar had heard a cop show and thought someone was being killed, they may bust in with guns blazing. Simply pounding on the door and demanding to know what was going on, would have probably stopped anything that was actually going on (in this case, probably the guy jerking off).
