Something we can do to call to attention what happens to 'people' who rape and neglect children in the United States. Something that lasts along, long, long, looooonnnnnggg time. Let's say we start with tying said pervert to a chair with something mighty uncomfortable in the seat (perhaps a very large butt plug-without lube, of course... or some very small needles/pins covered in a substance that burns and as time goes on, the burning intensifies). Then we have a VERY inexperienced phlebotamist set up the IV (becasue we really don't want this to end too quickly). Have a man blow him til he's hard then perform a sex change operation - withOUT any kind of sedation - careful to keep the bleeding to a minimum. Give him a wee bit of time to heal and rape HIM painfully for a while. Then perhaps, bury him alive...
