It was working all the time but today I have the mobile site which is more restricting meaning I can’t give merits etc.

This is going to sound odd Jessica, but try turning your tablet on its side so ît goes into landscape mode. The missing features might pop up.

Not odd, and really wish I'd said the same thing instead of waiting for her to realise herself. That said, if you can't, bring up (or down) your tablet's system menu and turn Auto-Rotate on.

I've noticed two things still "wonky" about the upgrade. No matter which way my phone is turned, It doesn't show me when I have new PMs, it used to say something like Messages(1), no more. The other thing, I can't see how many times readers have read my story, though the does work with the upgrade on our sister site KB.

I've got the same problem with the new message indicator.

I'm having a bigger problem. All of a sudden when I tip my phone into landscape mode which is the only way I can see the entire screen and award good merits and things like that when I do it now half the screen the right hand side of the screen is black

Thanks for the help. Works for the tablet, but my phone has not got a rotate function. Still today I can award a merit for help.
The upgrade has its issues indeed.

Did you try to troubleshoot your phone to see if that's the problem?
