What was the phrase? "The artist formerly known as...?"
Hi everyone, it's Daizy, back for a time and complete with a bit of a rebranding.
As I once said, I love mythology, and Middle-Eastern mythology, especially pre-Islamic Gods, Goddesses, and so it seemed only fitting that I choose the name Ishtar. The Mesopotamian East Semitic goddess of fertility, love, sex, war, and power and one of the first stories I learned of from the Epic of Gilgamesh.
As a dominating woman in my own right, I love her. I may not care much for actual sex but Ishtar is the embodiment of sexual fantasy in a beautiful way and she deserves to be honored for that if you ask me.
Admittedly, I'm writing a re-introduction on more than a few glasses of wine so please don't ask me to cite sources or write too much. But feel free to talk! I've never been shy.
