It's also important to note, for the writers of bestiality stories, that the common 1:7 ratio of people-to-dog years is slightly off.

Here is an online calculator.  http://www.onlineconversion.com/dogyears.htm

...just don't want to see anybody get busted for having underage dogs in their stories.

The Dexter comment is a good point, it's only written porn that seems to bring this kind of argument out in people...

Yah - true enough, porn or sex specifically brings out the holier than thou types on their high horses.  Pretty messed up society we live in when violence as a form of entertainment is more acceptable than sex/porn (well in USA in particular).

Yep, don't know in other countries, but here in the UK films showing violence get a lower classification by the censors then films that even only show a nipple...how fucked up is that?
Tonight we will play the rape game
No!!!
That's the spirit

.....

Please dont tell me this group is so naive that we only consider that readers place themselves in the role of the child during child/adult sex scenes?

Actually I can honestly say any story I read or make up I do picture myself as the younger girl. In fact I even have a hard time in real life with achieving the big O if I don't imagine myself playing a younger role and being forced

Nagatha, don't worry, my first post is commenting on this too!

Yes, yes I do. I have no idea why this is hard to believe? Certainly it shouldn't be harder to believe that some people read noncon fiction imagining themselves as the victim which is something I think we're all enlightened enough here to know is true.

If my fantasy is to be a 15-year old who rapes, mindbreaks and impregnates about 20 of his brick-thick sexy teachers and senior students...does that make me a reverse pedophile?

lol I doubt this is the place for that question. :P
Considering that female teacher/male student relations seem to be the "norm" [though still illegal], no, that fifteen year old is just another horny teen. ;-)

I find it incredible that this topic is even up for debate, particularly by this community. The 1996 CPPA set a dangerous precedent. It was a huge leap down the slippery slope of encroachment on the right to free speech. The Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition decision was a correction everyone here should be thankful for. Had the CPPA stood, it would have been easy to imagine that the next step would have been banning of sites like this one in the name of "protecting women". Because "everyone knows" that reading about rape encourages rape. I, for one, am happy to have government mind its own business and get its nose out of our lives. Lois, I applaud you for taking a (another) stand on the side of liberty.

See, I don't like you JUST because you're a redhead.   ;)
God help me, but sometimes I just need to be used by a bunch of men at once. Most of the time I'm happy with just one good cock, but sometimes... I just need to be overpowered by six or eight guys and used until I pass out.

I live in Canada, and I was considering leaving this forum, as we do have a law that prohibits what is defined as child pornography. I reread very carefully the section 163.1 (1) c):
"(c) any written material whose dominant characteristic is the description, for a sexual purpose, of sexual activity with a person under     the age of eighteen years that would be an offence under this Act" (emphasis mine)

In other words, unless I am mistaken, I can write fictional stories that involve sexual acts with or even raping of underage characters, as long as it is not the dominant characteristic of my story. For example, I tell the story of revolted gladiators who overrun a Roman villa and rape all the women and girls there. Underage sex is not the dominant element, but it's part of it.

In another story, I tell of the ordeal of a group of Briton university students who find themselves entangled in political unrest in Uganda. That's fine, since most girls are 18-25, and there are only a few 17-yo first-year students.

What I think I cannot write is, for instance, a gang of angry Latinos storming a dorm where some high-school students are staying. That would make underage content the dominant characteristic.

I can always post a warning and then not mention the exact age of the characters, and just say "she was a gorgeous teen queen" or something along those lines.

Thus, I'll stay on this forum, for I enjoy very much writing these stories. All I need to do is staying cautious of the underage elements in my stories.

We have other authors here from Canada who aren't bothered by the same issues. This is not a website in Canada. It is a website in the United States, the laws of Canada have no effect on RavishU.

18 is ridiculous. Sex has always started younger than that. Under 15, though, seems pretty sick. Under 15 and graphic violence involving serous physical against women of any age should be disclosed clearly at the beginning.  I for one can't get into a fantasy involving snuff or mayhem. Call me weird or un-American but I think fucking, even without consent, is a lot more acceptable that murder or mayhem.
