http://www.itstactical.com/skillcom/lock-picking/how-to-escape-from-zip-ties/

One of my favorite restraint methods once I pounce on my prey are zip ties. They are light, easy to conceal, silent in the pocket, and rapid to deploy.

For all these reasons, they are also a favorite of criminal r*pists.

I only utilize zip ties briefly and temporarily, subduing my conquest just long enough to transfer her into some quality leather cuffs, so she can remain bound in relative comfort as I take my sweet time having my way with her captive body for hours and hours. Criminals, however, are not generally so considerate.

So, as a public service, I give you these tactical instructions on escape, along with my sincere hopes that no member of RU will ever find the need for them.

I didn't see a method for escaping Zip Ties if your hands are secured behind your back.  Or did I miss that method?

Ah, this is why duct tape is much more efficient.

Still the quick handcuff knot has never failed. But Zip Ties + Duct Tape + Rope = Good Times!
