A thought sparked my brain when considering the idea of a brother/sister pair raping other people. Would it be realistic to write a story of conjoined twins being raped? Would it also be realistic to write a story of conjoined twins being the rapists?
In pondering this idea I see great potential, but also a lot of possible issues with continuity. You can't turn one of the twins on their ass for example without turning the other. Would that extra detail either placed in the story or left out break the flow of the story? In regards to the twins being rapists, how can they effectively work as a pair? The conjoined body part would make it unrealistic for oral and vaginal rape at the same time. Could it be possible for conjoined twins to have two victims at once?
